Agreement governing the professional relationship between Webdev Custom and our clients.

Development Timeline

Custom Website projects are typically delivered within 3-7 working days.

Complex systems are developed in structured milestones of 15-30 working days per phase.

Timelines commence only after all required assets and initial payments are received.

All copyrights and intellectual property rights remain the exclusive property of Webdev Custom.

Clients are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the final product for its intended business purpose.

Reselling or redistributing the source code without written consent is strictly prohibited.

Development fees and server/maintenance costs are subject to change at any time based on market conditions or infrastructure requirements.

We will provide reasonable notice for recurring cost adjustments whenever possible.

To ensure project efficiency, clients must appoint a maximum of one (1) Person In Charge (PIC).

All formal instructions and feedback must go through the designated PIC to maintain a centralized and clear communication flow.
